How to Treat Your Allergies: Five Tips

Because so many people suffer from allergies, the market is flooded with allergy medicines of all kinds. However, if you would like to try some natural allergy remedies, here are a few worth considering.

1. Relief will not be immediate, but 4-6 weeks after taking vitamin E or B5 daily, many folks significantly reduce their allergies.

2. Starting the day with 5 drops of castor oil may relieve nasal and several other allergies. Mix with liquid and drink before breakfast.

3. The juice of a half of a lime in a half glass of water, drunk before breakfast, may be helpful. The drink can be sweetened with honey if you choose.

4. Fresh garlic may bring you relief. You can roast it and add it to vegetables, soups, sandwiches, and salads.

5. Several kinds of tea…chamomile, peppermint, and others…combat allergens and/or reduce symptoms and discomfort.

There are, of course, no guarantees. Even the most expensive prescription drugs don’t work for everyone. But, many people swear by the remedies above. You might want to try them.
