Defining Social Anxiety Or Social Phobia

Can you recall the time of meeting your boss for the first time? Or having your supervisor check your every move while you work, both of these can be stressful. Perhaps the thought of going to the beach and expose your not-so-perfect body gives you an uncomfortable feeling, making you worry of how people will perceive you and what they might think and say about you.
