Of course there are people who have made it without any help however most people find it difficult to stop smoking even with help.

As the smoker begins to get cranky, other people will not want to even be around them. If the person meets friends at the local bar after work, it is going to be hard as everybody else is not going to quit smoking. A person must take themselves away from the certain trigger points which make a person desire to smoke.
